We want you to love your manicure, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Nails Inc purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are unused and remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Polish
Securely package your items in their original box, ensuring all nail polish bottles are upright and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
